The majority of sites in this document have been put forward by developers and landowners as suitable sites for development. This document is to seek views on their suitability.

This DOES NOT necessarily mean that the sites will be considered suitable for development or will be supported by the council for inclusion in the final version of the Local Development Framework.

Following this consultation the council will consider whether the sites would fit within the council's overall vision for development in the borough, which is being developed through work on a Core Strategy Preferred Options Document. This will be subject to consultation at the same time as the Site Allocations Issues and Options consultation document.
